Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all estimates, scheduling, payments, and services provided by Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling service, electronically accepting service through Housecall Pro, or allowing work to begin, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is fully insured and committed to performing all work in a safe, professional, and workmanlike manner using commercial-grade equipment and generally accepted professional exterior cleaning practices.
1. Services Provided
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions provides professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Window Track Cleaning
Hard Water Stain Removal
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter Brightening
Fascia Cleaning

Pressure Washing
Surface Cleaning
Driveway Cleaning
Sidewalk Cleaning
Patio Cleaning
Pool Deck Cleaning
Fence Cleaning
Deck Cleaning
Concrete Cleaning
Brick Cleaning
Vinyl Siding Cleaning
Stucco Cleaning
Wood Cleaning
Rust Stain Removal
Oxidation Removal
Exterior Building Cleaning
Additional exterior cleaning services specifically listed on an approved estimate.
Only services specifically listed on the approved estimate are included in the quoted price.
2. Estimates
All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection or based on the information provided by the Customer. Hidden conditions, additional contamination, inaccessible areas, construction defects, customer-requested additions, or previously undisclosed conditions may require a revised estimate before work continues.
If additional work is requested or required beyond the approved estimate, Customer approval is required before the additional work is performed.
3. Electronic Acceptance
By electronically approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling service, or authorizing work to begin through Housecall Pro or another electronic method, the Customer acknowledges that such electronic acceptance constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service.
4. Residential Scheduling Deposit
Residential services require a non-refundable scheduling deposit, generally between $50 and $100, as specified on the approved estimate.
The deposit:
Reserves the scheduled appointment.
Is credited toward the final invoice.
May be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
May be forfeited if the Customer cancels within the cancellation period described in these Terms.
Commercial recurring service agreements may not require a deposit unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
Invoices are issued electronically through Housecall Pro.
We accept payment through the payment methods available within Housecall Pro, including major credit cards, debit cards, ACH when available, and other approved electronic payment methods.
Returned payments, failed electronic payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Invoices not paid within fifteen (15) calendar days of completion may be assessed a late fee and/or interest at the lesser of the maximum rate permitted by applicable Oklahoma law or the rate stated on the invoice.
Any unpaid balance may be referred for lawful collection.
To the extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to reimburse reasonable collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in collecting overdue balances.
Commercial customers with approved payment terms shall pay according to the terms stated on their invoice.
6. Scheduling & Weather Policy
Appointment times are approximate.
Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services due to rain, lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
There is no charge to the Customer for weather-related rescheduling.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions.
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the scheduling deposit.
Customers who are unavailable upon arrival, fail to provide access, or otherwise prevent scheduled work from being completed may be treated as late cancellations.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion in cases of emergency or extraordinary circumstances.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas.
Provide access to a functioning exterior water source unless otherwise agreed before service.
Ensure that exterior water spigots, valves, and associated plumbing are in sound working order. Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for plumbing failures, leaks, or damage resulting from the normal connection or disconnection of equipment.
Secure all pets before our arrival.
Close and latch all windows and doors securely prior to service unless interior window cleaning has been scheduled.
Remove all window screens before our arrival if an Exterior-Only window cleaning service has been scheduled.
Remove fragile decorations, valuables, outdoor furniture, and personal property from work areas where practical.
For Interior Window Cleaning, remove blinds, curtains, or window treatments as necessary and provide approximately three (3) feet of unobstructed access in front of all windows. Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions does not move heavy furniture and is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area or for failure of aged, brittle, or deteriorated window treatments during normal handling.
For commercial properties, storefronts, or work performed adjacent to parking areas, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that vehicles, equipment, and other personal property are removed from designated work areas or otherwise protected before service begins. Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for overspray or incidental debris affecting vehicles or property that remain within the active work area despite reasonable notice.
Notify us before work begins of any damaged windows, failed window seals, loose siding, deteriorated wood, electrical hazards, roof leaks, specialty coatings, irrigation systems, delicate landscaping, outdoor electronics, or other conditions requiring special care.
Failure to provide safe access may require postponement or cancellation of service.
9. Cleaning Solutions
Our services utilize professional-grade cleaning products appropriate for each surface being cleaned, including sodium hypochlorite-based soft washing solutions, surfactants, detergents, degreasers, oxidation removers, rust removers, and other specialty cleaning agents.
We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding property through appropriate dilution, controlled application, pre-wetting, and post-rinsing when applicable. However, Customers acknowledge that certain sensitive, newly planted, drought-stressed, diseased, or otherwise delicate vegetation may still experience stress despite these precautions.
Customers agree to notify us before service of:
Sensitive landscaping
Newly planted vegetation
Specialty coatings
Recently painted surfaces
Outdoor electronics
Decorative lighting
Doorbell cameras
Delicate finishes
Any area requiring special protection.
Failure to disclose these conditions may limit our ability to prevent incidental effects associated with normal exterior cleaning.
10. Exterior Cleaning Results
Exterior cleaning removes dirt, algae, mildew, mold, pollen, oxidation, rust staining, mineral deposits, and organic growth.
Some stains, oxidation, embedded contamination, discoloration, paint failure, mineral deposits, or weathering may be permanent.
Complete stain removal, color restoration, oxidation removal, or surface restoration cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
11. Recurring Organic Growth
Exterior cleaning removes existing visible organic growth and surface contaminants at the time of service.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions does not guarantee that algae, mildew, mold, moss, lichen, pollen, dirt, or other environmental contaminants will not return after service.
Recurrence depends on weather, shade, drainage, surrounding vegetation, humidity, surface condition, and other environmental factors outside our control.
12. Soft Washing & Pressure Washing
Cleaning methods are selected according to the material being cleaned.
Soft washing uses low-pressure application of cleaning solutions.
Pressure washing uses higher water pressure on surfaces appropriate for that method.
Cleaning may reveal, but does not create, pre-existing conditions such as:
Oxidation
Loose paint
UV fading
Existing cracks
Loose mortar
Wood deterioration
Existing caulking failure
Surface wear
Previous repairs
Manufacturer defects
Improper installation
Prior damage.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, normal deterioration, or previously failing materials.
13. Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning is performed only when conditions are safe and appropriate.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions reserves the right to decline walking on any roof due to excessive pitch, fragile roofing materials, weather conditions, structural concerns, or any other condition presenting an unreasonable safety risk.
Alternative cleaning methods may be used when practical.
Roof cleaning removes biological growth and surface contaminants but does not repair roofing materials or restore damaged roofing components. We are not responsible for leaks, loose granules, cracked shingles or tiles, deteriorated flashing, aging roofing materials, or other pre-existing roofing defects that become apparent before, during, or after cleaning.
14. Window Cleaning
Every reasonable effort is made to safely clean all glass.
Customers acknowledge that cleaning may reveal existing conditions including:
Failed insulated glass seals
Fabrication debris
Existing scratches
Hard water staining
Window film defects
Damaged tint
Defective tempered glass
Existing cracks
Broken seals.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for scratches or glass failure caused by pre-existing fabrication debris, defective glass, failed seals, improper manufacturing, or previously damaged windows.
Window Screens
For Exterior-Only window cleaning services, the Customer is responsible for removing all screens before our arrival.
If screens remain installed, we will clean the exterior glass as effectively as practical without removing them. Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for missed spots, streaking, or reduced cleaning quality resulting from screens left in place, and no price adjustment shall apply.
For Interior & Exterior window cleaning packages, Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions will remove and reinstall screens as necessary. We are not responsible for damage to aged, brittle, sun-damaged, warped, or otherwise deteriorated screen frames, mesh, spline, retaining clips, pull tabs, or other components that fail during normal and careful handling.
15. Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning includes removal of accessible debris from gutters and accessible downspouts.
This service does not include:
Gutter repairs
Roof repairs
Leak repairs
Underground drain cleaning
Structural repairs
Fastener replacement
Gutter replacement.
Overflow caused by damaged underground drains, improper installation, clogged underground piping, insufficient gutter pitch, or structural deficiencies is not the responsibility of Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions.
16. Gutter Brightening
Gutter brightening is designed to reduce oxidation staining commonly referred to as “tiger striping.”
Results vary based on:
Oxidation level
Age
Finish condition
Existing damage
Previous cleaning history.
Complete restoration cannot be guaranteed.
17. Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
Fascia and soffit cleaning removes dirt, algae, mildew, cobwebs, and other exterior contaminants where safely accessible.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions such as oxidation, loose paint, damaged vents, rotten wood, pest damage, failed caulking, or deteriorated materials.
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing deterioration, improper installation, or weakened materials.
18. Rust Stain Removal
Rust stain removal utilizes specialized cleaning chemicals.
Some staining may be permanent due to prolonged exposure, surface absorption, chemical reactions, or deterioration within the surface itself.
Complete removal cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
19. Existing Property Conditions
Cleaning may expose existing conditions including:
Rotten wood
Loose siding
Cracked mortar
Failing caulk
Oxidation
Chipped paint
Surface deterioration
Roof defects
Concrete deterioration
Existing leaks
Failed seals
Improper installation
Manufacturer defects.
These conditions are not created by our cleaning process.
20. Not a Repair or Inspection Service
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is a cleaning service provider.
Unless specifically stated in writing, we do not provide construction, waterproofing, plumbing, roofing, electrical, painting, pest control, mold remediation, structural inspection, or repair services.
Any comments made by Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions regarding property conditions are provided only as a courtesy and should not be relied upon as a professional inspection, diagnosis, or repair recommendation.
Customers are responsible for hiring properly licensed or qualified professionals for inspection, repair, remediation, or maintenance needs outside the scope of cleaning services.
21. Photographs
Unless the Customer objects in writing before service begins, Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions may photograph the property before and after service for documentation, quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to include identifiable personal information, such as house numbers, license plates, or occupants, without additional permission.
22. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please notify Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.
We will inspect the concern and, where appropriate, return to address verified workmanship-related issues at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to permanent staining, oxidation, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, failed window seals, fabrication debris, delicate or deteriorated materials, recurring organic growth, or conditions beyond our control.
23. Limitation of Liability
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions performs services using generally accepted professional exterior cleaning practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, latent defects, hidden structural deficiencies, improper installation, manufacturer defects, oxidation, failed window seals, fabrication debris, deteriorated materials, loose paint, weathered finishes, roof defects, plumbing failures, recurring organic growth, or ordinary wear and tear.
While reasonable precautions are taken to avoid direct application of cleaning solutions to exterior electrical fixtures, outlets, lighting, cameras, doorbells, and similar equipment, Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions is not responsible for failures resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, deterioration, loss of weatherproofing, or equipment not designed for normal outdoor exposure.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the services provided.
Customers agree to inspect completed work promptly and notify us of any workmanship concerns within forty-eight (48) hours, allowing us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address any verified workmanship-related issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
24. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if:
Unsafe working conditions exist.
Aggressive animals are present.
Hazardous materials are encountered.
Customers engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Property conditions materially differ from those represented during the estimate.
Weather or safety concerns make work unsafe.
The work requested is outside the scope of our services or professional judgment.
25. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in McIntosh County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to fulfill the original intent of these Terms to the greatest extent permitted by law.
27. Modifications
Green's Windows & Exterior Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date the estimate is accepted shall govern the services performed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
